Question: What is your turnaround time?
Answer: For most orders we dispatch in 2 to 5 days.
Question: Do you have a minimum order?
Answer: No. We produce any order in any quantity and we offer discounts for bulk orders.
Question: What garments do you embroider on?
Answer: We embroider on any garments depending on design. Some designs are not appropriate for all garments, however we provide solutions adjusted to your design and your chosen garment.
Question: Where are you located?
Answer: We are located in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and we deliver in UK and worldwide.
Question: Which courier delivers the orders?
Answer: We use Royal Mail delivery services and provide tracking number for each order.
Question: How do I get a quote?
Answer: To get a quote use the email at the bottom of the page, call us or message us on WhatsApp. You need to provide as many details as possible in order to have the most accurate quote.
Question: Do you use any other forms of customisation?
Answer: No. We only use embroidery for the classic look and the fact that it will probably last longer than the garment itself. This makes it the best option from all forms of customisation.
Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We accept bank transfer, you can buy directly from the website at the shop section, PayPal, credit and debit card payments.
Question: Do you supply the garments?
Answer: Yes. We supply any garment and we use the best ones on the market. We only work with trusted suppliers. However, if you want to embroider your garments, we are happy to customise them with your designs.
