Delivery
After we receive the order it takes between 1 to 3 days excluding weekends and bank holidays to be processed and produced. Next day is posted.
At The Embroidery Art, as a professional embroidery services company, we strive to produce and post in 5 working days for most orders.
We do express orders on request. The items will be dispatched in 24-48 hours after the quotation approval and payment.
Local delivery is available as well as Pick up option in Milton Keynes area. We deliver for free for certain order amounts on each delivery option.

We accept returns when you inform us in 24 hours after you received the item if you are not happy with the quality of embroidery or any defects resulted from the production process and we are happy to replace them on our expense. Please fill the contact form and add photos if possible. We can't accept returns on worn items.
Please check the size chart for each embroidered item you buy from our collections before you buy and make sure it fits you. If by mistake you ordered without checking the size chart, we are happy to replace it for you and you have to pay for postage both ways.
