We only accept returns when you inform us 48 hours after you receive the item if you are not happy with the quality of the embroidery, any defects resulting from the production process, or fabric defects. We are happy to replace them at our expense. We do not accept returns on fully customised items except for the reasons above. Please fill out the contact form and add photos if possible. We do not accept returns on worn items. 

  Please check the size chart for each embroidered item you buy from our collections before you buy it and make sure it fits you. If you order by mistake without checking the size chart, we are happy to replace it for you, but you will have to pay for postage.

If you are unhappy with your new embroidered garment, you may return it free of charge and receive a full refund.
