We only accept returns if you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item and are dissatisfied with the quality of the embroidery, any defects resulting from the production process, or fabric defects. If this is the case, we are happy to replace the item at our expense. However, we do not accept returns on fully customized items, except for the reasons mentioned above. 

To request a replacement or return, please fill out the contact form and include photos of the issue if possible. Please note that we do not accept returns on worn items.

Before making a purchase, be sure to check the size chart for each embroidered item in our collections. If you order the wrong size without checking the chart, we can replace it, but you will need to cover the postage costs.

If you are unhappy with your new embroidered garment, you may return it free of charge and receive a full refund. Once a return is processed, it typically takes up to 5 working days for you to receive your replacement or refund, so it’s best to inquire for further details. Returns are only accepted for specific defects related to embroidery quality or fabric, so for more precise criteria, please reach out for clarification.
